At Manic Panic, we want you to be obsessed with your vibrant new look, but if a product isn't right for you, we offer returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair dyes or cosmetics that have been opened or tampered with.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased directly from our official website within the last 30 days.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items, clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the box, and ship them back to our warehouse using a trackable mail service.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
