1. Pre-lighten hair to blonde or platinum blonde using Flash Lightning® Bleach Kit.

2. Shampoo with Prepare to Dye® Clarifying Shampoo.

3. Apply Dreamsicle® to dry, clean hair and saturate thoroughly.

4. Process for 30 minutes.

5. Rinse with cool water, without shampoo, until water runs clear.

6. Style and shine in your new pastel orange fantasy.
